We estimate the structure of thin surface/interface layers on the nm order, which are difficult to analyze, and contribute to the optimization of treatment conditions for silane coupling agents. It is possible to understand the state of the reaction solution and compare adhesion amounts, and by combining multiple analytical methods, accuracy is improved. We derive formulations that enhance the effects of silane coupling agent treatment from the analysis results, and we also support the analysis of various surface modification layers, including thin film coatings.
